Went here for the time, was so super excited for a change. Service was excellent, although I hated my hair tone she did made me uncomfortable and look constantly greasy all the time. Not really a enjoyable day.
People need to see this. I am disgusted by this store. I walked in and looked at some Morrocanoil products, decided I didn't want them, and said thank you and walked out of the store. I was on my way back to work a couple minutes away walking on the busy street, when an employee from trade secrets starts chasing me yelling that I was a thief. I calmly walked back to the store with her and pointed to the place that I put the product, a few inches away from where it was. My mistake, but I was so embarrassed I just stayed silent - close to crying. No one deserves to be treated that way. Thanks for reading this and I hope it helps someone thinking of going here.
Not a product-related review, but general negligence and bad practice: - Called to find out if it was open. No voicemail message, and phone was answered by a modem - Drove all the way there anyway since Google Maps said it was open. Hours had been changed and it was closed.
Hey, everyone! Just went back to Trade Secrets (go there quite often) and was blown away by the service I received by this new management team and aestheticians - Melanie and Susan are great! Not only did I receive great service, but was quickly accommodated...and I appreciated all of the extras I received after my treatment - namely consultations around hair care, great products, and things to try! Not a sales job, by any means - just genuine care. I highly recommend it!
